Job Description

The Partnership Programs Office is dedicated to fostering and strengthening relationships with prominent technology partners, including AWS, Microsoft, Databricks, and Snowflake. Our goal is to drive ELEKS’s business growth and support client satisfaction. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and supporting our partner network, collaborating with teams across Sales, Technology, Delivery, and Marketing. Your core responsibilities will be to nurture trusted, long-term relationships with AWS, Microsoft, Databricks, and Snowflake, elevate ELEKS’s partnership profile through strategic initiatives, support presales and existing clients with program opportunities, and contribute to the development of new revenue streams.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between partners and key stakeholders within Sales, Technology, Delivery, and Marketing
  • Coordinate partnership programs in line with defined requirements and KPIs
  • Monitor and report on partnership programs results, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all commitments are honoured
  • Proactively collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to promote partnership opportunities
  • Take an active role in preparing for external audits to achieve partnership designations
  • Identify potential business opportunities within partner relations and refer them to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT or a related sector, with a focus on partnerships, project management, or business development
  • Experience in operations may also be considered
  • Experience with partnership programs involving cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Data Platforms is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams, functions, and departments
  • Willingness for business trips
  • Strong command of English, at least Upper-Intermediate level
