Job Description:

As a Partnership Officer, you will own the end-to-end pipeline for CarMarketplace initiatives, driving scalable growth and seamless integration into the QIC ecosystem. You will build and nurture strong partner relationships with auto dealers, acting as a trusted point of contact to achieve shared business goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Research, qualify, and prioritize ecosystem partners
  • Lead intro calls, discovery, and partner presentations
  • Clearly articulate ecosystem value proposition and business benefits
  • Align commercial terms and drive partners to LOI / agreement
  • Own the partnership pipeline from sourcing to signed LOI
  • Ensure clear documentation and structured handover to Operations
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams

Requirements:

  • Strong B2B sales / partnerships experience
  • Qatar or GCC market experience is a must
  • Fluent English/Arabic — both writing and speaking
  • Proven ability to qualify partners and close complex deals
  • Experience with commercial negotiations and LOIs
  • High process and documentation discipline
  • Experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, or ecosystems will be a huge advantage
