A growing, Chicago-based fintech company is seeking a Partnership Marketing Analyst to support the expansion of its acquisition marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, data-driven environment and play a key role in shaping how the organization works with external partners. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, naturally curious, and energized by solving operational challenges.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of marketing partners, managing day-to-day communication and performance tracking
  • Monitor and enhance partner integrations via API, ensuring smooth lead flow and system functionality
  • Use data to identify trends, optimize acquisition funnels, and reduce friction in the conversion process
  • Develop and deliver clear, data-backed presentations to internal stakeholders
  • Lead or contribute to ad-hoc projects to improve marketing operations and customer experience
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews to ensure all marketing efforts align with company standards
  • Review customer feedback and support initiatives that elevate the user experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, partnership management, or performance marketing
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (or similar tools)
  • working knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions
  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects at once
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
