BrightAnalytics is an international scale-up that helps companies make their financial insights faster, better, and more visual. The Strategic Partnership Manager will take charge of European growth, discover opportunities, close strategic deals, and make BrightAnalytics indispensable to consultants and advisors.

Job Responsibility

  • Independently identify and approach high-quality partners (consultancy, ERP integrators, and advisors)
  • Develop collaboration strategy
  • Manage partnerships from initial introduction to negotiating complex win-win deals
  • Map out the international market and determine crucial partners in regions such as the Nordics and France
  • Travel to potential partners in cities such as Paris, Stockholm, and Rotterdam
  • Build strong, personal relationships on location
  • Organize inspiring partner events and training sessions on location
  • Monitor portfolio with sharp metrics and make adjustments to maximize commercial output
  • Translate market signals into concrete opportunities for product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Work with Legal and Customer Success to optimize processes and ensure seamless onboarding for partners

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or equivalent through experience)
  • Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or key account management
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
  • Commercial thinking, clear communication, and deal-closing skills
  • Analytical, goal-oriented, and improvement-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with the financial ecosystem (e.g., CFOs, consultants, advisors) is a bonus
  • Willingness to travel regularly to hubs in Paris, Stockholm, Oslo, and other locations
  • Fluency in French and English
