Randstad is currently partnering with an established Fintech organization to recruit for their Partnership Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively scout and secure strategic B2B partnership prospects across diverse sectors and geographic regions
  • Build and nurture fresh alliances, introducing tailored platform solutions that fit client needs
  • Design and pitch innovative concepts that address core pain points and elevate the businesses of partners
  • Manage and execute formal treaty agreements with strategic partners
  • Monitor market demands and stay updated on industry requirements
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to refine and develop specialised insurance products for target audiences
  • Track and evaluate partnership data to extract insights that optimise mutual growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Possess over 5 years of experience driving partnership development in finance, retail, or parallel markets
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong knack for negotiation
  • Maintain a results-oriented approach with the ability to turn data insights into real-world execution
  • Show high levels of motivation and urgency, with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team setting
  • Exhibit strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills paired with excellent time management
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
