Job Description:

Looking for a proactive and driven Partnership Manager to support our fintech business expansion efforts. Based in Kuala Lumpur or Penang, this role will be instrumental in identifying new partnership opportunities, growing our client base, and contributing directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, self-motivated, and curious about AI-driven solutions. This role involves regular outstation travel to meet partners and clients, with full claims provided for mileage and accommodation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, reach out to, and develop relationships with potential partners across diverse industries
  • Create compelling, customised partnership proposals, pitch decks, and presentations aligned with partner objectives
  • Lead negotiations and close mutually beneficial partnership agreements
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding, execution, and long-term success of partnerships
  • Explore new industries, verticals, and untapped markets to drive sustained business growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership opportunities

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar commercial role
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel and engage in regular client-facing activities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges and ad-hoc responsibilities when required
