Job Description:

Partnership Living Operations Manager – 12 Month FTC. Lead the delivery of a specialist supported housing service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing or supported housing professional with strong operational and people management experience to lead a service supporting customers with a wide range of complex needs. The service supports customers with a range of needs including mental health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, domestic abuse, homelessness and complex backgrounds.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing, motivating and developing a team to deliver high-quality housing management and support services
  • Overseeing service performance, compliance, safeguarding and customer outcomes
  • Managing voids, lettings, ASB, health & safety and property standards
  • Ensuring contracts and commissioning requirements are met and performance is accurately reported
  • Working closely with Local Authorities, care providers and partner agencies
  • Supporting service development, continuous improvement and change programmes
  • Monitoring budgets, income and financial performance, including service charge awareness
  • Acting as Safeguarding Lead for the service area

Requirements:

  • Experience managing teams within housing, supported housing or a related environment
  • Strong operational knowledge of housing management (voids, lettings, ASB, compliance, H&S)
  • Understanding of housing legislation, safeguarding and working with vulnerable customers
  • Experience working with commissioners, local authorities or external partners
  • Strong performance management, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment
  • Full UK driving licence or ability to travel between sites
  • Basic DBS required
