Job Description

We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing - the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our Rights Management division acts as a sponsorship sales resource for iconic global sports rights holders. We successfully market the unique emotion of sport, and rationalise the value of sport sponsorship using data, to drive commercial results for rights-owners and record returns for brands. We have led and closed over $2.5bn in sponsorship rights for some of the world's biggest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for UEFA Women's Football, New Zealand Rugby and Mercedes F1. We aim to optimize revenues for our clients whilst allowing each to avoid the long-term fixed costs associated with maintenance of large in-house sales teams. We are focused on solving problems and not selling assets, and we are ambitiously expanding our clients, geographies and our sales team. As a part of our Partnerships Strategy and Insights team your primary role is to support the sales team in driving incremental sponsorship revenue for our rightsholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborating with our Operations and Sales teams across all meeting touchpoints and reporting on process progress

  • Collecting and analysing data through a variety of sources, including conducting market research, to support sales conversations and articulate our propositions
  • Using data and insights to support sales conversations and create compelling business cases for prospective partners
  • Supporting on strategic projects to help shape Rights Holders' sponsorship programmes

Requirements

  • Good foundational understanding of the sponsorship landscape and why brands invest in sponsorship
  • Highly diligent, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter, able to take initiative and work independently whilst knowing when to seek guidance to deliver tasks
  • Client-centric, with a collaborative approach to working across departments and regional teams
  • Demonstrates a strong growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and continuously learning

  • 23 standard days of holiday (+ 1 Birthday, +2 for a ‘Big Life Event’ and +1 Admin Day), closure of office over Christmas (plus Bank Holidays)
  • Discretionary Bonus based on company performance
  • Performance Reviews every 6 months with discretionary salary increases
  • Private healthcare (Vitality) and/or Health Cash Plan (Medicash)
  • Mobile phone contribution
  • Sport Challenge contribution
  • Gym membership contribution
