Job Responsibility
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners, donors and supporters
Represent YMCA Norfolk at events, networking opportunities and presentations
Identify and grow corporate partnership opportunities
Develop compelling proposals, sponsorship packages and engagement offers
Research and approach new prospects aligned to our mission
Deliver impactful campaigns through storytelling, events and digital content
Support major donor and legacy giving activity
Help donors understand the real impact of their support
Monitor and report on fundraising activity and income
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Contribute to strategic planning and future growth
Requirements
Experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development or a similar role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to write engaging proposals and presentations
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach
Nice to have
Experience with corporate partnerships, major donors or legacy fundraising
Knowledge of CRM systems and data-led engagement
Insight into the local community or fundraising landscape
