Job Description

The Ticketek Partnerships Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of our 3rd Party Brand Partnerships and crucial digital revenue streams.

Job Responsibility

  • Support Ticketek Partnerships Director on the day-to-day management and delivery of our Key Brand Partnerships
  • Manage the booking & delivery of marketing commitments
  • Booking and scheduling activities across relevant teams and channels
  • Assist in collateral development for program reviews
  • Assist in the development of marketing schedules and digital campaigns to support partnership programs
  • Assist in collating reporting metrics – collating campaign reports + other key metric reports as defined in the contract
  • Attend partner WIPs + QBRs
  • Manage a contractual commitments ledger for key partnerships
  • Assist in obtaining offers and promotions for brand partners, liaising directly with promoters, venues and producers
  • Manage and grow 3rd party digital revenue streams
  • Meet and exceed set revenue target for 3rd party revenue line
  • Update weekly rev pipeline report
  • Build brand target hitlists for outreach to build revenue pipeline

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 year’s experience within the digital media landscape
  • Strong grasp of media buying principles, performance metrics, and attribution methodologies
  • Experience in digital media campaign set up including briefing internal media channels, performance monitoring, optimisations and post campaign insights and learnings
  • Data Analytics and Report building experience
  • Advanced Skills in Powerpoint, Excel and Word (Gmail, Sheets & Slides)
  • Outstanding internal and external communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to grow within a performance-driven team
  • Professional, responsible, accountable and flexible approach to work

Nice to have

  • Experience managing workflows through Monday.com or a CRM would be highly desirable
  • Passion for live events, sport, music or entertainment is highly regarded
