RAC has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Partnership Executive to join our Insurance division on a 12month fixed term contract. Working closely with our Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will support the day-to-day management of one of our largest insurance partnerships, helping to maintain strong governance, operational performance and effective issue management in a fast-paced environment. Alongside this, you will also support our wider divisional contract and supplier governance framework, maintaining contract database, tracking contract milestones, coordinating due diligence requirements and ensuring processes meeting internal legal and regulatory expectations. Based at our Bradley Stoke, Bristol office on a hybrid model, this is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, data and problem-solving, with a balance of partnership interaction, operational governance and contractual administration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare agendas, minutes and action logs and meeting packs for internal and/or partner facing meetings, ensuring actions are followed up and closed off
  • Track SLA performance, analyse operational MI and complaint’s themes, highlighting issues or trends
  • Log, triage and coordinate partner issues, ensuring timely updates and clear communication
  • Support partner change activity by tracking progress and coordinating updates
  • Create clear, polished PowerPoint presentations for reviews and governance forums
  • Build effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and update the contract database for insurance partnerships and suppliers
  • Track contract renewals, variations, notice periods, expiries and lifecycle events and work with the contract owner and legal team to meet those deadlines
  • Work with Insurance partners to obtain annual due‑diligence, business continuity and exit plan documentation and obtain financial checks, credit scores and risk assessments
  • Assist with ensuring legal processes and approvals are followed for contract changes
  • Prepare documentation and evidence for internal and external audits

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting partnerships, supplier or stakeholders in an operational, analytical or governance-focused role
  • Data analysis capability with the ability to identify trends and present clear insights
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation of processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including Executives
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, capable of producing high-quality, content focussed presentations and data analysis
  • High attention to detail and ability to work at pace
  • Initiative, problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn and improve processes

  • Experience in insurance, financial services or regulated environments
  • Understanding of contractual SLAs, operational MI or contact‑centre‑related metrics
