Job Responsibility:

Identify and engage potential partners that would benefit from using the Powerdot charging network
Develop tailored partnership proposals to meet the specific needs of fleet operators
Negotiate and sign partnership agreements that drive mutual value
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with fleet partners and mobility stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for partners
Track partnership performance and proactively optimize to increase satisfaction
Represent Powerdot at relevant industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales – ideally in mobility, logistics, energy, or related sectors
Deep understanding of the fleet ecosystem and electric mobility landscape
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice to have:

Fluency in English would be a plus
Capacity of representing the company in public
