Job Responsibility:
Research and identify potential partners that align with the company’s strategic goals
Develop and execute a strategy for reaching out to potential partners
Engage with potential partners to understand their business needs and qualify their interest in partnering with your company
Schedule meetings between the Partner Manager and qualified potential partners
Follow up with potential partners, keeping them engaged, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Prepare a detailed handover, providing the Partner Manager with all necessary context
Work closely with the Partner Manager and other internal teams (such as Sales, Marketing, and Product) to ensure alignment on partnership strategies
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with potential partners
An understanding of sales processes, particularly B2B sales and partnership development
Ability to research and identify potential partners who align with the company's objectives
Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage partner interactions and track progress
Ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally, through trust, transparency, and personalised engagement
Native German fluency
Strong BDR or sales background with an interest in transitioning to a more strategic partnership-focused role
Goal-oriented, with a desire to help drive business growth through collaboration with partners
A self-starter who is proactive in identifying and engaging new opportunities
Adaptability and emotional intelligence are critical for this role
