Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated self-starter to join the ES Partnership Development team at Awin. The Team is responsible for developing and selling new business as well as creating an excellent client service experience. The main focus of the team is to act as a consulting service for our own client services teams collaborating with many central departments. Therefore, you will have a strong focus on project work on an interdisciplinary and cross-departmental level. We offer a dynamic and collaborative environment, closely interacting with teams throughout the company. In this role you will get the chance to learn about the full lifecycle of projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and deliver small to mid-sized projects, maintaining clear plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure successful outcomes
  • Sell and promote Awin products to publishers and strategic partners
  • Drive and develop business through acquisition and the development of medium or large publishers for the Awin network
  • Identify & unlock growth opportunities: drive new partnerships in Spain, focusing on emerging models, innovative partner types, and high-impact commercial opportunities for Awin advertisers
  • Build trust and credibility with your prospects by taking the time to understand their needs and provide thoughtful solutions by following a consultative selling approach
  • Cross-functional collaboration: act as main stakeholder between the Spanish client services team and central departments to align partner opportunities with business priorities and deliver strong customer-centric solutions fitting the Spanish market
  • Support the implementation of policies and processes, as well as best practices, create case studies in collaboration with the Marketing department, and deliver internal knowledge-sharing sessions to capture and share knowledge on project outcomes and innovative practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development, sales, partnerships, publisher development, account management, or a similar commercial role
  • Experience managing small- to medium-scale projects, including stakeholder coordination, timelines, documentation, and follow-up
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite
  • Ability to research, identify and qualify new partner opportunities, assessing their business model, market relevance and fit with advertiser needs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with local and international teams
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of actionable recommendations)
  • Flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Spanish (Native) and English (C1)
