Partnership Controller

• Prepare accurate monthly consolidated financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee the preparation of consolidated multinational financial statements
• Respond to inquiries concerning annual tax filings and any requests given by upper management
• Coordinate and manage year-end audit processes and tax preparation
• Collaborate on maintaining financial accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA certification required
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with public accounting firms is strongly preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Proprietary accounting systems
• Self-motivated perfectionist with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to take a hands-on approach to work
