Job Description:

Thurrock Coalition is seeking a driven and organised Partnership Board Programme Co-ordinator to lead the delivery of its contract as Thurrock’s User Led Organisation. This is a pivotal role at the heart of Adult Social Care and partnership working in Thurrock. You will ensure that the voices of disabled people, their families and carers are heard, understood and influence local decision-making. You will work across systems, bringing together communities, partners and commissioners to support meaningful engagement, consultation and collaborative change.
