  • Shape the company’s external presence at industry events by partnering with the Marketing team
  • Ensure every chamber engagement and RFP effort produces measurable outcomes
  • Own partnership operations infrastructure
  • Collaborate closely with SDR, Presales, and Marketing teams to align pipeline activity

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnership coordination, business development operations, proposal management, or marketing operations within a B2B services or technology environment
  • Proven ability to manage an end-to-end RFP response process
  • Strong written business English
  • Hands-on experience engaging with chambers of commerce, trade associations, or industry consortiums
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar), project management tools (ClickUp preferred), and Google Workspace
  • active use of AI tools in your workflow is a must
  • Proven ability to manage 5–15 parallel commitments across events, RFPs, renewals, and content with different stakeholders and cadences
  • A collaborative, cross-functional mindset
  • Comfort representing the company externally at in-person events when needed

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in a technology, IT services, or software consulting environment
  • familiarity with public-sector or enterprise procurement processes
  • experience negotiating event sponsorship contracts and reviewing vendor agreements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • experience with RFP management platforms such as BidPrime or equivalent
What we offer:
  • Remote or hybrid flexibility
  • Dedicated professional training and development opportunities
  • Access to in-house English tutor
  • Attractive referral bonus program
  • Recognition Reward program
  • Special perks for birthdays, weddings, and arrival of new family members
