Lead large scale client business development and technology delivery engagements for the clients primarily in the Life Sciences Industry - Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sector
Shape digital transformation programs and build digital custom solutions (portals, apps etc) powered by data and insights
Actively develop trusted advisor relationships with client executives
Lead technology and cross-functional teams to deliver high quality engagements within timeline and budget
Collaborate closely with other our team members to drive overall Digital & Technology space growth
Build internal connections with the our Business Technology group and represent client's needs
Play an active role in building the space, its talent pool, and growing and mentoring team members
Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
Foster an innovation driven culture to design futuristic offerings within Technology space for the region
Effectively lead these offerings into selling collaterals and partner with client service teams in selling process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business or Life Sciences
MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable
15+ years’ experience in life science, pharma or healthcare industry management consulting
Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare or Medical Device companies
Prior experience in Analytics, Big Data, Cloud, Digital Asset Management, Master Data Management and Data Warehousing etc
Demonstrated experience of developing new prospects, driving revenue, and delivering high quality projects and services within budget
Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge
Possess executive-level presence and communication skills, with native-level proficiency in both English and Japanese being essential
