Have 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law at a recognised UK or international firm
Have experience advising on private M&A, joint ventures, and/or equity capital markets transactions

Requirements

8+ years of experience required: Relevant insurance or financial services experience
deep know-how, analysis and experience in early stage fintech investing and business development

Perform board responsibilities and formal/informal advisory duties to support portfolio companies
Build and maintain external relationships within the venture capital and financial services/insurance communities to support sourcing of high-quality deal flow, program reputation, business development opportunities and lead thought leadership
Represent Allianz Ventures in the market at multiple industry events and participate in speaking events/panels and other thought leadership events
