The Microsoft Elevate Digital Natives team operates as a specialized account organization composed of Azure-focused subject matter experts who extend Microsoft’s full cloud portfolio across a broad and fast-growing partner and customer base. The team drives cloud adoption, technical strategy, and solution innovation in close collaboration with ISVs, SDC partners, and field stakeholders—ensuring partners can accelerate their roadmap, scale their impact, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Cloud Strategy Alignment - serve as the technical owner of our partners' business solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align their technology roadmap with Microsoft's cloud offerings
Cloud Transformation Leadership – lead our partners through the complex process of cloud transformation, adopting a Technical Sales Challenger mindset to challenge conventional thinking
Innovation and Tech Intensity – embrace a culture of innovation and inspire our partners to adopt a tech-intensive mindset
Relationship Building - cultivate strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor to CTOs, executives, and technical teams
Leadership and Innovation – drive business growth, fostering innovation, and navigating complex organizational landscapes
Trusted Advisor – provide strategic technology guidance and advisory services to partners
Strategy Formulation and Communication Skills – lead the adoption of technologies by developing strategic, long-term visions for partners and work to resolving technical blockers
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 4+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience
Solid demonstratable experience in technology IP solutions or services development, with a deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, and emerging cloud trends like generative AI and SaaS services
Strong background and in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, with a focus on Microsoft's cloud offerings (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365)
Experience in cloud architecture, migration, and optimization is highly desirable
