Job Description

Partner Support Services Intern. This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. Assists in various tasks aligned with their field of study, including research, collaboration on team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking to gain hands-on experience and develop professional skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the first point of contact for service delivery partners, supporting effective communication with internal HPE teams and building professional relationships with Channel Partner Representatives
  • Provide daily support to service delivery partners, internal team members, and HPE customers via email, chat, and phone, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Learn and apply HPE procedures, policies, and labor regulations to provide accurate support for service delivery enablement requests and all assigned tasks
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on open cases and projects to support timely resolution, escalating issues to senior team members or appropriate internal teams when needed
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including the Global Center of Partner Success and Excellence, GEO/Country/Tower teams, Worldwide Partner Delivery, and other cross‑functional HPE teams to support ongoing operations
  • Collect and organize region‑specific information, perform basic quality checks, and support operational improvement initiatives by identifying issues and sharing observations with the team

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, English teaching
  • Strong interest in technology and willing to learn about it
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
