This opportunity is supporting a Talent Acquisition Operations Support (TAOS) team within a fast-paced HR environment. The role is heavily focused on candidate support, recruiting coordination, case management, and operational support related to the hiring process. The team is looking for someone who is highly organized, customer-service focused, and comfortable handling a high volume of inquiries, documentation, and coordination tasks while supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates nationwide.
Job Responsibility:
Serving as an HR point-of-contact for candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
Responding to candidate questions and inquiries with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness
Reviewing, creating, and delivering offer letters and employment-related documentation
Tracking and documenting cases using a case management system for work allocation and reporting purposes
Supporting recruiting operations and providing coordination assistance to the internal Talent Acquisition team
Communicating with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
Interpreting candidate situations, determining resolutions, and escalating issues when necessary
Assisting with phone support and service center traffic as needed
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment guidelines
Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR support, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, customer service, or administrative support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
Experience handling high-volume email, phone, or case management workflows
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and data tracking
Comfortable working independently with moderate supervision in a remote environment
Ability to quickly interpret situations and determine appropriate resolutions or escalations
Experience supporting recruiting teams, onboarding processes, or HR operations is strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
