We are looking for a detail-oriented HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role supports a Talent Acquisition Operations Support team and is heavily focused on candidate support, recruiting coordination, HR operations, and case management. The person in this role acts as a main point of contact for candidates throughout parts of the recruiting and onboarding process.
Job Responsibility:
Responding to candidate inquiries via phone and email
Supporting recruiters and hiring managers with operational tasks
Reviewing and sending offer letters and employment documentation
Tracking cases and documentation in a case management system
Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Escalating issues appropriately and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR support, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, customer service, or administrative support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
Experience handling high-volume email, phone, or case management workflows
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and data tracking
Comfortable working independently with moderate supervision in a remote environment
Ability to quickly interpret situations and determine appropriate resolutions or escalations
Experience supporting recruiting teams, onboarding processes, or HR operations is strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
