Job Responsibility:
Accurately input and process orders from contracted selling partners into the system, ensuring timely completion
Serve as the primary liaison between authorized selling partners and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues
Manage a high volume of tasks and maintain exceptional customer service standards throughout the order lifecycle
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency
Monitor and follow up on order statuses to ensure deadlines are met and issues are proactively addressed
Utilize strong multitasking skills to balance various responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
Provide clear and thorough communication to partners and internal stakeholders
Maintain meticulous attention to detail when handling data entry and order processing
Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive and collaborative work atmosphere
Adapt to flexible working hours as needed to meet business demands
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and sales support roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively liaise between teams
Proficiency in data entry and office functions, with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workloads effectively
Self-motivated with a collaborative approach to teamwork
Familiarity with the telecom industry is preferred but not required
Demonstrated success in handling high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment
