We are looking for a Partner Support Coordinator II (Contractor) to support partner-submitted orders and ensure each request moves efficiently from intake through completion. This Long-term Contract position is based in Centennial, Colorado, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and delivers dependable service to both external partners and internal teams. The right candidate will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy.
Job Responsibility
Review incoming order requests from contracted selling partners and enter complete, accurate information into company systems
Track orders throughout the full lifecycle, following up on open items to help ensure timely resolution and completion
Serve as a key point of contact between authorized partners and internal departments to address questions, clarify details, and remove processing obstacles
Maintain a high standard of customer support by providing responsive, clear communication to partners and stakeholders
Manage multiple priorities at once while staying focused on deadlines, service expectations, and data accuracy
Identify discrepancies or missing information in submitted orders and work with the appropriate parties to resolve issues quickly
Support administrative and office-based coordination tasks that contribute to smooth daily operations
Adapt to changing business needs, including schedule flexibility and updates to processes or tools when required
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in customer service, order coordination, or partner support in a high-volume environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across external partners and internal teams
Accurate data entry skills with close attention to detail and a high level of organization
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay productive with minimal supervision
Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute as part of a team-focused work environment
Flexibility with work hours based on business needs
Background in telecommunications is preferred, but not required
Proficiency with general office functions and administrative support tasks
