This role is designed for professionals who excel at both strategic business consulting and building deep, trusted relationships. You will enable partners to deliver value to clients by deploying and optimizing Bloomreach’s personalisation platforms, advising on business strategy, and ensuring clients achieve their key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI). You will act as a strategic advisor, collaborating closely with partners and internal teams to maximize platform adoption, drive continuous improvement, and foster long-term partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Ensuring that our partners deliver measurable value to clients through the deployment and ongoing optimization of the Bloomreach Platforms
Serve as a key advisor on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, and related technologies to our partner network
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as their advocate and trusted advisor
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and other internal stakeholders to develop business strategies, roadmaps, and align on business goals and critical metrics
Lead partner onboarding, platform adoption, and ensure full understanding of product features
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, maximizing client outcomes and platform ROI through partner managed services
Facilitate regular business reviews with partners, success planning, and status sessions to ensure ongoing alignment and value delivery
Proactively identify risks, facilitate ‘path to green’ plans, and engage relevant stakeholders to resolve issues
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform capabilities to provide clients with forward-thinking recommendations
Requirements:
2-3+ years in a consulting or customer success role within a SaaS environment, ideally in e-commerce, marketing automation, or data-driven business sectors
Strong consulting skills: clear written and verbal communication, confident presentation abilities, and experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to understand and adapt to diverse business models, providing tailored strategic advice
Experience with online analytics, performance marketing, A/B testing, personalization, campaign optimization, and customer lifecycle management
Proactive problem-solving, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle complex or ambiguous situations professionally
Native or professional fluency in English

Basic technical knowledge (html/css) would be beneficial but not essential
