We’re on the lookout for a Partner Success Manager Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering seamless solutions to our partners. You’ll be at the heart of building strong, trusted relationships, ensuring smooth implementations, and supporting operators in their day-to-day business to make a tangible impact on their customer journey.
Job Responsibility:
Provide excellent operational support to new and existing partners
Configure, release, and maintain our solutions and products
Implement company-standard services tailored to client specifications
Manage archiving and version control of software configurations
Perform quality assurance and testing, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate the order, review, and rollout of signage
Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Operations, and R&D/Product teams
Train and support Operations on company services
Work actively within the CRM system to manage requests/incidents and maintain data quality
Requirements:
Strong customer relationship management skills and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
Excellent planning, organizational, and self-management abilities
Solid technical understanding of system integrations
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns
A resilient, adaptable mindset with a positive approach to change
Previous experience in Customer Success or Technical Support for corporate customers
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and Dutch, plus fluency in English
Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams or departments
