Giacom is the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing through one platform. Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses. We’re looking for a Partner Success Executive to join our Cloud, Comms & Connectivity team, dedicated to supporting the communications side of our business. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service and guidance across our communications products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own partner queries end-to-end, providing timely and accurate resolutions
  • Deliver proactive outreach, helping partners navigate our products and services
  • Collaborate with vendors and carriers on number porting, renewals, and upgrades
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and perform account maintenance tasks
  • Train and upskill partners, including demonstrations of Giacom’s Cloud Market
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Provisioning, Service Desk) to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional, friendly approach
  • Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)
  • A positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail
