Job Description

The Partner Success Delivery Manager (PSDM) is responsible for the overall management of HPE-branded, partner-delivered Operational Support services at the country, region, or worldwide level. This includes program governance, end-to-end delivery management, operational performance, total customer & partner experience, and financials of assigned delivery partners. The PSDM will also grow the HPE Services business in the Partner Accounts under their management by driving growth initiatives in collaboration with key Partner/HPE stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure a close, collaborative working relationship and alignment with the Channel Sales team
  • participate in Partner business reviews, understand partners’ business environment & market segments, drive the creation and execution of the Partner Success Delivery Plan aligned to the Partner Business Plan
  • develop and nurture a strong Partner relationship at all levels, including executive level
  • work with the partner’s management to ensure program and process compliance and act as the partner’s primary contact for HPE’s Partner Delivery Programs and Authorisations
  • take ownership of partner issues and work to satisfactory resolution
  • act as escalation point for all partner escalations
  • support and motivate partners to achieve high performance results
  • deliver operational trainings - Engagement model, Tools and Processes
  • communicate any program or program documentation changes
  • ensure assigned partners make correct financial claims where applicable
  • drive operational improvements for assigned partners
  • ensure all assigned partners are meeting metrics targets according to enabled delivery authorisations
  • ensure assigned partners deliver high quality customer satisfaction in service delivery to customers
  • work under own initiative and take ownership of issues, ensuring best in class support to partners and customers
  • contribute to and help drive implementation of APJ or WW sponsored initiatives within assigned territory
  • support other territories within the APJ region if/when required.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position, or a role containing significant components of the required deliverables
  • previous experience with Channel Partners is an advantage
  • previous experience with sales is an advantage
