As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you’ll work closely with our certified delivery partners to ensure high-quality, technically sound implementations of the LogicMonitor platform. Your primary focus will be supporting partners in the field through readiness validation, hands-on technical mentoring, implementation QA, and escalation support. You will own the delivery & technical best practice enablement for select Partners, bridging the gap between readiness and autonomy through structured oversight and execution support. This is a new role designed to scale our partner delivery motion through quality assurance, delivery standardization, and technical guidance, ensuring that every implementation, whether delivered by LogicMonitor or our partners, meets the bar for excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Work closely with our certified delivery partners to ensure high-quality, technically sound implementations of the LogicMonitor platform
Support partners in the field through readiness validation, hands-on technical mentoring, implementation QA, and escalation support
Own the delivery & technical best practice enablement for select Partners, bridging the gap between readiness and autonomy through structured oversight and execution support
Refine the technical side of LogicMonitor’s partner delivery assurance program, including readiness assessment, hands-on coaching, QA review, and delivery quality standards
Work closely with our Technical Enablement team to ensure awareness and compliance with badge and certification prerequisites
Work closely with Professional Services, Technical Enablement, and Solutions Engineering to define what a “good” implementation looks like
Review partner consultant work, technical demos, and implementation outcomes to coach, guide, and validate delivery readiness
Act as the main technical point of contact for partners as they start delivering projects
Participate in early projects by shadowing or co-working with partners
Surface recurring partner gaps and contribute to building tools, templates, and technical resources
Solicit best practices from Partners to feed a continuous cycle of delivery best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine how we track and score partner readiness and technical performance over time
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on practical experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or professional services
Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring, observability, or IT operations tools (LogicMonitor strongly preferred)
Experience guiding technical users through product setup, configuration, or troubleshooting in a customer or partner-facing environment
Ability to review and give feedback on technical work, including dashboards, alert routing, integrations, or platform configurations
Comfortable working across teams and jumping between technical delivery, feedback sessions, and program design discussions
Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly and build trust with partner engineers
Interest in helping build a new program from the ground up, including shaping processes, creating tools, and improving how we support partner delivery
