Adyen is looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer with a hands-on track record of working with technologies like APIs and front end development. You can plan and execute complex system integration projects, and your mastery of our technologies enables you to build and maintain deep technical relationships with our most important strategic partners. This role focuses on ensuring our partners can successfully leverage the full potential of the Adyen platform for their customers through expert technical guidance and problem solving, product roadmap alignment, and architectural recommendations.
Job Responsibility:
Utilize software development and programming expertise to help partners create robust, scalable solutions that deliver Adyen’s products to their customers quickly and at high quality
Act as the long-term, trusted technical contact for partners' engineering and product teams, guiding them on Adyen's platform capabilities and integration best practices
Provide ongoing support for technical inquiries, hands-on assistance during the implementation process, and lead troubleshooting efforts to ensure the timely delivery of solutions
Develop a comprehensive understanding of both Adyen's and key partners' product roadmaps. Provide strategic architectural recommendations to ensure partners optimally integrate Adyen's solutions, maximizing value for their end-customers
Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering stakeholders, advocating for partner needs and influencing Adyen’s roadmap to enhance scalability and supportability for the Adyen product offering
Requirements:
Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL)
8+ years experience integrating and/or providing technical consultation when integrating with Web APIs or complex systems
Availability to work 3 days in person on Morumbi/SP or Paseo de La Reforma/CDMX
Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies, understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs, etc.), and a strong desire to continuously improve technical acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
comfortable leading technical discussions and building rapport with engineering leaders and product managers
Ability to establish and maintain strong, long-term technical relationships with partners
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage technical stakeholders effectively, influence internal roadmaps, and make decisions by collaborating with the right people
