As a Partner Manager, you will support the commercial and partner-facing activities led by the VP of Sales, working closely with the Head of Partnerships and other internal stakeholders. This role is primarily operational and relationship-focused, acting as a key enabler of partner success by managing follow-ups, documentation, coordination, and administrative processes.
Job Responsibility:
Support the VP of Sales across partner and sales initiatives, ensuring day-to-day execution runs smoothly
Own partner/ sales follow-ups end-to-end, including sharing materials, coordinating next steps, and keeping momentum high
Provide general sales and partnership administration support, continuously improving processes as the business scales
Prepare, send, track, and chase NDAs to completion
Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on partner and internal meetings, including agendas, notes, and actions
Track action items and commitments, holding internal and external stakeholders accountable to timelines
Manage the administrative and operational aspects of the partner academy, including enrolment, communications, and materials
Maintain clean, up-to-date records across CRM and internal trackers to support visibility and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or Communications
4+ years in B2B SaaS sales or a commercial role, ideally in automation, intelligent agents, or AI
Comfortable working with CRMs, docs, and scheduling tools
Clear, confident communicator in English- written and verbal
Detail-obsessed, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive information
Able to juggle multiple priorities, move fast, and keep stakeholders aligned in a dynamic environment
Nice to have:
Candidates with a background in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Science who have transitioned into commercial roles are highly valued for their ability to understand the technical nuances of SaaS and AI
Previous roles in early-stage startups or fast-scaling environments preferred
