The Partner Manager, Five9 Alliance will be a dedicated individual contributor responsible for scaling and operationalizing Cresta’s strategic partnership with Five9 across the United States and Canada. This role is fully focused on driving joint pipeline, revenue, and customer success outcomes through close alignment with Five9 and Cresta’s field, sales engineering, and customer teams. This is an execution-heavy role, well suited for a candidate with a sales-oriented background who understands how to drive opportunities from initial engagement through close in a partner-led environment. The Partner Manager will serve as the primary day-to-day owner of the Five9 relationship, leveraging existing relationships where possible and building new ones to accelerate joint success. Success in this role will be measured by partner-sourced and partner-resold pipeline, deal progression and conversion, expansion within joint customers, and the overall momentum and health of the Five9 partnership in North America.
Job Responsibility:
Own the execution and growth of the Five9 partnership in the US and Canada, with full focus on a single strategic alliance
Act as the primary point of contact for Five9 alliance counterparts, maintaining strong working relationships across sales, alliances, and technical teams
Execute against the joint partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with Cresta’s North America go-to-market priorities
Collaborate closely with the Director of Global Technology Partnerships and serve as a local execution arm of the global technology partner strategy
Work closely with Cresta and Five9 broader North America field teams to source, qualify, and advance joint opportunities
Support co-selling motions by aligning account plans, facilitating introductions, and coordinating joint deal activity
Apply sales discipline to partner opportunities, including pipeline management, forecasting support, and deal progression
Track and manage partner pipeline, ensuring clear ownership and next steps
Track key partnership KPIs including pipeline, bookings, win rates, and engagement metrics
Provide regular updates to partnerships and sales leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities within the Five9 alliance
Identify friction points in joint execution and proactively work cross-functionally to resolve them
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in partner management, alliances, sales, or business development within enterprise software, SaaS, or contact center technology
Strong preference for candidates with existing Five9 relationships, particularly within sales, alliances, or partner organizations
Sales background strongly preferred, including experience carrying or supporting a quota and working active enterprise deals
Demonstrated experience selling with or through partners in a co-sell or alliance-led motion
Familiarity with contact center ecosystems and platforms
Five9 experience is a significant plus
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with partner stakeholders and internal sales teams
Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
Strong collaboration and influencing skills, able to drive outcomes without formal authority
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to measure progress, identify gaps, and take corrective action
