Matillion is seeking a high-performing Partner Sales Manager in the UAE to drive both direct and indirect revenue growth through strategic partner relationships across the Middle East. This role combines quota-carrying sales responsibilities with the development and management of a robust partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for selling Matillion solutions directly via partners, identifying and onboarding new channel partners, and creating joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Own and achieve a direct sales quota through partner-influenced opportunities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new technology, consulting, and reseller partners in the UAE region
Build strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders to drive mutual growth
Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, including co-selling strategies, marketing initiatives, and enablement programs
Provide guidance, training, and support to partners to ensure they can successfully sell Matillion solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize partner-driven revenue
Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and SaaS ecosystem developments
Requirements:
Proven experience in SaaS sales with a quota-carrying responsibility, preferably through partner channels
Strong experience managing partner ecosystems, including recruitment, enablement, and co-selling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of the Middle East market and business culture is highly desirable
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with cloud data integration, analytics, or related technologies is a plus
