Job Responsibility:

  • Build and connect existing and new partners within our ecosystem for the Emerging markets (Mediterranean, Africa, Middle East) to drive revenue on new and existing opportunities
  • Demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of the full array of our offerings to answer questions, make recommendations and coach partners around our products and future product developments
  • Understand and develop the relationship needs and handle aspects of the partner relationship
  • Qualify sales opportunities
  • Handle partner contract negotiations and accurately forecasting to management
  • Communicate effectively with all levels (C, SVP, VP, Director, etc.) and key decision makers across the partner network and work collaboratively with other OneTrust employees across the organization to ensure customer expectations are met and exceed when possible
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals and objectives
  • Support Partner enablement in your region

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience developing partner relationships with demonstrable outcomes in associated software businesses
  • An associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent military or professional experience in a related field
  • Significant experience managing commercial deals through the entire lifecycle
  • deal management, deal structuring, negotiation and leadership skills
  • ability to structure key terms and conditions to accommodate specific risks and constraints
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
  • Must be open to 40-50% of travel

  • Define and document partner-specific business development strategy and execution plans to ensure mutual buy-in from the partner and BioCatch
  • Cultivate strategic alignment between BioCatch and the partner’s roadmap
  • Develop and execute joint GTM plans with each partner that will align with the assigned revenue goals and KPI’s
  • Partner with BioCatch stakeholders to influence joint marketing materials (battle cards, sales decks, etc.)
  • Continually foster executive relationships for both emerging and signed partners
  • Use CRM to develop regular tracking & reporting of key performance metrics and translate these metrics directly to revenue-driving activity
