We are seeking a Partner Sales Director, Americas who brings thought leadership, a track record of enterprise sales management, and a passion for building high-performing, growth-minded teams. This role operates at the forefront of Microsoft’s AI transformation, unlocking the full potential of Windows AI by bringing intelligence to every device and connecting experiences from edge to datacenter and Microsoft Azure Cloud. The Americas Sales Director leads both an internal team and the external partner relationship, serving as the single point of accountability for business performance and partnership impact across the region. The role combines people leadership, building clarity, capability, and execution discipline within a high-performing team—with senior executive engagement at Dell Technologies. Success calls for connecting internal strategy and field execution with partner priorities to deliver aligned, measurable outcomes. In this role, you will be accountable for regional revenue growth, market share, and overall business performance across strategic partnerships, including Dell. The scope spans the full device lifecycle and partner ecosystem, shaping joint strategy, influencing portfolio decisions, and accelerating adoption of Windows devices, Server, Azure Local, and AI-powered experiences. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, the role drives integrated planning, forecasting rigor, and cross-functional execution - mobilizing teams across product, marketing, finance, and sales to deliver sustained results. This role offers you the opportunity to deepen end-to-end business leadership across US, Canada and Latin America wide partner-driven device ecosystem, spanning commercial & consumer segments, executive engagement, and cross-company execution at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 8+ years’ experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience
  • 2+ years people management experience
  • Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship
  • Master's degree in business administration, or a related field AND 10+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience
  • 5+ years people management experience
