Job Description:

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with partners while overseeing the lifecycle of partner events and projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring partner performance, analyzing data, and proactively addressing challenges. Fever is a tech platform focused on culture and live entertainment, offering opportunities for impact in a high-growth global category leader.

Job Responsibility:

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
oversee the lifecycle of partner events and projects
monitor partner performance by defining KPIs and analyzing data
collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and develop solutions
gather and analyze partner feedback
advocate for partners' needs and contribute to team-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

+3 years of experience in project management or consulting
fluent in English and German
proven ability to manage stakeholders and build positive working relationships with excellent communication skills
analytical and solutions-oriented with strong organizational skills
ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
proactive, curious mindset
collaborative team player
strategic thinker with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
