Partner Project Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs and objectives
• Oversee the lifecycle of partner events and projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance)
• Monitor partner performance by defining KPIs and analyzing data
• Collaborate with internal teams to proactively address challenges
• Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancements
• Gain deep understanding of Fever's teams and processes to effectively advocate for partners' needs

• Degree qualified
• Project management background
• +3 years of experience in project management or consulting
• Fluent in English and Czech
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build positive working relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and solutions-oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
• Proactive, curious mindset
