Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented People Operations Partner to join our People Operations team. This role plays a key role in delivering high-quality HR operations, owning employee lifecycle activities, and partnering closely with stakeholders to continuously improve processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-driven, confident in navigating ambiguity, and passionate about creating excellent employee experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and manage end-to-end hire-to-retire employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and other job changes
  • Support and guide People Operations Coordinators in resolving complex HR cases, while owning and managing Tier 2 HR tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW) to ensure timely resolution and clear communication
  • Lead New Hire Orientations with coordination and support from Coordinators
  • Partner with HRBP’s, Managers, and Employees to manage and administer Leaves of Absence in line with policy and local requirements
  • Provide guidance and resolution for employee benefits queries escalated by Coordinators, including vendor coordination where required
  • Work closely with Payroll to ensure all HR-related changes and inputs are accurate and completed in line with payroll cut-off timelines
  • Support and maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across employee records and HR systems
  • Prepare and deliver ad hoc HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave, compliance, etc.) for stakeholders
  • Partner with HRIS and other stakeholders to troubleshoot, enhance, and improve Workday processes and participate in system-related projects
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the employee portal and self-service resources
  • Proactively identify operational gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, and autonomously recommend and implement process improvements to enhance employee experience and efficiency
  • Provide operational guidance, knowledge-sharing, and informal coaching to Coordinators
  • Collaborate with HR teams in the UK, US, Canada and Asia to align global HR initiatives, benefits, and policies
  • Maintain records and prepare files for statutory compliance and audits
  • Lead and contribute to ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as required

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role for a Global organisation
  • Experience of supporting multiple regions
  • Strong experience working with employee database platforms (e.g., Workday)
  • Proven experience managing Tier 2 HR cases using ServiceNow (SNOW) or a similar case management tool
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret HR data
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail in all tasks
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and partner effectively across teams
  • Should be comfortable working in shifts, if required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization and navigating change and ambiguity
