Partner Operations Assistant (Internship) at WeRoad, a fast-growing travel scaleup. The role involves supporting the Supply Team with ticketing, back-office tasks, and ensuring smooth operational workflows in a hybrid setting.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Supply Team in ticketing activities solving Travel Coordinators and Travel Producers inquiries
  • Provide back office support for day-to-day operational tasks
  • Manage ticket-related requests, changes, and documentation through internal tools and systems
  • Help keep internal processes organized, efficient, and as lean as possible
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
  • Support monitoring of deadlines, priorities, and operational follow-ups

Requirements

  • Availability for the full internship period (April to September)
  • Interest in operations, back office activities, and the travel industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
  • Confidence in using digital tools and internal platforms
  • Good communication skills in Italian
