Are you organised, detail‑driven, and looking to take your first step into a finance or administration career? We’re looking for a Partner Onboarding Administrator to join our Commissions Payable team. Please note, this role is part-time working 25 hours a week Monday to Friday. Depending on start date, this role is a fixed term 12‑month maternity cover contract. This entry‑level role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured tasks, clear processes, and supporting both internal teams and external partners. Full training will be provided. All you need is a positive attitude, strong time‑management skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Job Responsibility

  • Responding to Partner and internal queries via shared inboxes
  • Updating account details and maintaining accurate records
  • Helping with basic checks, account changes, and simple onboarding tasks
  • Supporting with routine admin such as spreadsheets, reports, and data entry
  • Ensuring information is handled accurately and tasks are completed on time
  • Pitching in with month-end activities and general team support
