Job Description

We are looking for a Partner Network Manager to join our partner's team! Our partner operates in the on-demand manufacturing ecosystem, delivering technology-driven manufacturing solutions to a diverse global customer base across multiple industries. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the manufacturing partner network, acquiring new qualified production partners, and supporting their long-term performance and sustainability within the ecosystem. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and manufacturing companies to strengthen the supplier network, improve partner performance, and support the growth of the production ecosystem in alignment with global operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and acquire new qualified manufacturing partners across Türkiye within industries such as automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing
  • Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies to expand the strategic supplier network
  • Evaluate potential manufacturing partners and manage their onboarding and integration processes into the ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure collaboration and partner satisfaction
  • Monitor partner performance including quality, delivery performance, and operational reliability, and initiate improvement actions when needed
  • Support the continuous development of partners to ensure sustainable production capacity and operational excellence
  • Monitor partner engagement and activity levels and implement improvement plans for underperforming partners
  • Conduct supplier visits when required to strengthen relationships and improve operational alignment
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, sourcing, project management, logistics, and quality to identify required manufacturing capabilities
  • Identify partners capable of supporting projects in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, and defense
  • Represent the company at industry events, supplier meetings, and networking activities to identify new potential partners
  • Identify partner needs and support initiatives that improve partner engagement, development, and long-term collaboration
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with international partner network strategies and share best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Materials & Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in manufacturing, supplier management, or industrial environments
  • Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, or production ecosystems is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial production environments
  • Minimum B2 level English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and multitasking capability
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Willingness to travel for supplier visits and field activities
  • Valid driving license is preferred
