In this role, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the manufacturing partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. You will drive partner acquisition, onboarding, development, and performance management while ensuring alignment between regional supply capabilities and global customer demand. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking and operational execution, working closely with international operations, quality, and commercial teams.
Job Responsibility:
Lead strategic initiatives to expand the manufacturing partner network across the EMEA region
Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified manufacturing suppliers
Develop regional partner acquisition strategies aligned with business growth targets
Establish structured onboarding and enablement programs to support partner success
Monitor supplier performance across quality, delivery, and responsiveness metrics
Implement continuous improvement programs for manufacturing partners
Work closely with operations and quality teams to resolve performance gaps
Build structured feedback mechanisms to improve partner capabilities
Ensure the optimal balance between supply capacity and customer demand
Support order fulfillment efficiency through strong partner coordination
Improve cost, lead time, and quality performance through network optimization
Collaborate with global teams to strengthen operational effectiveness
Lead regional partner network and acquisition teams
Build a performance-driven and data-oriented team culture
Act as the internal representative of the regional partner ecosystem
Work cross-functionally with global operations, sourcing, and commercial teams
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, supplier management, or B2B marketplace environments
Proven experience in building and scaling supplier or partner networks
Strong background in supplier development and performance management
Good understanding of manufacturing technologies and sourcing processes
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities
Fluency in English is required
Willingness to travel within the EMEA region
Nice to have:
Experience in a fast-growing technology or marketplace company
Exposure to Industry 4.0 or digital manufacturing environments
Experience managing high-mix, low-volume production environments
Additional European language skills are considered a plus
