ElevenLabs is building the voice layer of the internet. This is a builder role for someone who can walk into a room with a major platform, talent agency, or cultural institution and come out with a co-marketing program or partnership that moves the needle for both sides. You'll work at the intersection of platforms, brand, partnerships, and culture.
Job Responsibility
Partner Programs & Co-Marketing: Build and run structured co-marketing programs
Develop joint campaigns that generate both cultural reach and qualified demand
Own the full lifecycle
Create a partnership calendar
Turn one-off collaborations into repeatable, compounding programs
Ensure every partner program has a clear ROI hypothesis
Develop and maintain partner-facing materials
Manage partner communications and relationship cadences
Work closely with BD and Sales
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new co-marketing partners
Serve as the internal connective tissue between BD, Product, Brand, and Comms
Track and report on partner program performance
Top-Tier Creators: Lead end-to-end execution of partnerships with top-tier creators
Own the relationship
Build the systems and workflows
Maintain ElevenLabs' creative bar
Define campaign KPIs up front and report against both brand exposure and business outcomes
Owned Content (Eleven Films, Eleven Album & Flagship Initiatives): Execute marketing for ElevenLabs' flagship cultural properties
Develop co-branded collateral and campaign messaging
Coordinate across Brand, Comms, and Paid Marketing
Build evergreen asset libraries
Treat each flagship initiative as a proof point
Branded Experiences & Activations: Conceive and produce original branded events
Make ElevenLabs the most interesting company in the room
Represent ElevenLabs externally at partner and industry events
Design activations to generate downstream value
Requirements
5+ years in partner marketing, brand marketing, creator marketing, or a combination
Direct experience running partnership initiatives with external platforms or ecosystems, including negotiating joint deliverables and measuring shared outcomes
Hands-on experience with top-tier talent - you know how to work with agents, managers, and talent teams without losing momentum or creative quality
