We’re partnering with a leading entertainment company to find a talented Partner Marketing Operations Specialist. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in marketing partnership management and program execution to support our client’s dynamic team. The position is based primarily remote with on-site collaboration, with an employment period lasting over a year.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the management of external partner websites, ensuring smooth workflow, quality checks, and timely delivery of assets
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to modify, curate, and distribute creative assets for brand campaigns
Act as a primary liaison with external partners, managing content sourcing, approval, and distribution processes
Manage the flow of creative assets, ensuring all deliverables meet scheduled deadlines
Identify inefficiencies within existing workflows and develop initiatives or tools to streamline operations and enhance asset management
Requirements:
Over five years of experience in marketing partnerships, campaign execution, or related roles, ideally within entertainment or agency settings
Strong understanding of production timelines, content localization, and trafficking of promotional materials
Proven ability to effectively communicate and build relationships cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
Capable of balancing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments and working outside standard hours when required
Proficiency with digital asset specifications, troubleshooting technical issues, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
