We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Marketing Specialist (Contractor) to join an organization with a long-standing commitment to putting the customer first. In this role, you will sit within our Strategic Partnerships Marketing team, supporting a best-in-class marketing organization dedicated to growing our membership program and delivering ongoing value across owned, operated, and partner touchpoints. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will provide critical operational and executional support for marketing efforts across key focus areas, including new and existing distribution partnerships and high-impact member benefits like fuel savings. You will leverage your experience in supporting complex partnership programs to manage project timelines, coordinate assets, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Job Responsibility:
Support marketing execution for distribution partnerships and core member benefits, ensuring programs are coordinated, on track, and aligned with broader membership priorities
Provide day-to-day operational support for partnership marketing initiatives, including asset routing, creative reviews, approvals, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, notes, recaps, and follow-ups for partner and internal meetings to drive alignment and next steps
Partner closely with Senior Managers and cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing channels, creative, legal, product, and operations) to support timelines, workflows, and executional needs
Manage marketing calendars, trackers, and documentation to ensure visibility into upcoming launches, milestones, and dependencies
Identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, documentation, and day-to-day execution
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in partnership marketing, marketing operations, brand management, or project management
Strong executional and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively while confidently advocating for marketing priorities and navigating partner and cross-functional dynamics
Experience using AI-enhanced tools and insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency
Strong customer-first mindset, with a passion for creating meaningful and valuable member experiences
Data-driven approach, with experience leveraging performance metrics and insights to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and drive engagement
Agile, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree required
MBA preferred but not required
