LogicMonitor is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager, Americas to drive strategic marketing programs that accelerate growth through our focus resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSPs) in the Americas. In this role, you will serve as the day-to-day owner of partner GTM execution for a defined set of focus partners, ensuring marketing programs are tightly aligned to joint priorities and drive measurable pipeline impact. You will work closely with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to ensure marketing efforts translate into field action and partner adoption.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement partner-specific go-to-market motions to, with, and through LogicMonitor’s partners, prioritizing a small number of high-impact programs per partner to drive engagement and revenue growth
Create and execute quarterly partner marketing plans with focus partners, aligned to joint priorities and informed by joint business plans, ensuring clear, measurable outcomes tied to pipeline impact
Design and execute integrated campaigns and partner sales plays with partners, facilitating lead sharing, co-marketing efforts, and demand generation initiatives that contribute to partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
Oversee the logistics and execution of co-marketing events, including virtual engagements, industry trade shows, and regional field events to maximize partner visibility and impact
Partner closely with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to ensure partner marketing activity is coordinated, prioritized, and translates into clear field execution and partner follow-through
Partner with Sales, BDR, and Marketing Operations to optimize partner marketing opportunities and support pipeline growth
Develop and manage quarterly communication plans, including partner newsletters and partner portal updates, and on-going engagement campaigns
Lead the creation of partner marketing and sales materials, including repeatable, campaign-in-a-box style assets (playbooks, messaging, execution guides) that enable partners to run programs with minimal friction
Oversee Marketing Development Funds (MDF) allocation, ensuring strategic and effective spending across LogicMonitor’s MDF program and partner-run MDF programs
Monitor and report on key metrics, ROI, and spend for all partner marketing activities, using insights to continuously refine priorities, improve execution, and increase partner impact over time
Work with industry and channel associations to strengthen partnerships and expand market presence
Support the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to co-marketing and promotional initiatives that drive ongoing partner engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
6+ years of experience in channel, field, or partner marketing, with demonstrated ownership of partner-facing programs tied to revenue outcomes
Proven success in building and executing marketing engagement strategies with technology, VAR, MSP, GSI, and Cloud partners
Experience managing and optimizing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to drive measurable impact
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and serve as a trusted partner marketing advisor to Channel, Sales, and Field teams
Ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value and develop engaging marketing content and collateral
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively cross functionally
