Join us as our Partner Marketing Manager. This is a strategic role focused on defining and implementing marketing and sales strategies across our partner channels: our distribution network, certified system integrators and installers, and technology partners. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by optimizing how these critical channels are utilized and developed.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement marketing plans for our distribution network, certified installer program, technology partners, and other potential channels
Manage the marketing budget (MDF) for distributors, ensuring smart allocation of investments and measurable ROI
Drive the market growth of our partner program (Certified Installer Program), in collaboration with sales managers
Oversee marketing communication to distributors and channel partners
Maintain relationships with peer marketing managers at key partners
Ensure cross-functional alignment by collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, and other teams
Requirements:
Experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role in a B2B environment, ideally in a technology company
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable results through partner channels
Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on ROI
Analytical mindset – comfortable using performance metrics to make decisions
Understanding of how a multi-tier business model works is an advantage
Strong presentation skills
Willingness to occasionally travel for partner visits or exhibitions
Fluency in English is essential
