Glean is seeking a Partner Marketing Program Manager to help scale our partner ecosystem through well-run programs, strong execution, and clear communication. This role sits at the center of our partner marketing engine and owns how we plan, execute, and measure programs that drive real pipeline impact. You’ll be responsible for running our MDF program end to end, executing partner incentives and SPIFFs, and building at-scale co-marketing campaigns with resellers and VARs. This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Ops to make sure programs are simple, compliant, and effective.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage the end-to-end Partner MDF program, including intake, approvals, governance, tracking, and reporting
Own Partner Marketing Salesforce reporting and dashboards
Design and execute partner incentives and SPIFFs that motivate partner sellers and drive measurable outcomes
Build and scale at-scale partner marketing campaigns with resellers and VARs, including field programs, digital campaigns, and partner-led events
Act as the program quarterback, driving timelines, dependencies, and execution across multiple stakeholders
Partner closely with Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure programs are aligned, compliant, and easy to execute
Develop clear program documentation, playbooks, and partner-facing communications
Track performance and report on key metrics including participation, pipeline, and ROI
Continuously optimize programs based on partner feedback and performance data
Requirements:
5–8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or program management in B2B SaaS or enterprise companies
Hands-on experience managing MDF programs, partner incentives, and SPIFFs
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
Experience working with resellers, VARs, and channel partners at scale
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex programs
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting program impact
