The Partner Marketing Manager owns end-to-end partner marketing strategy across Europe, driving growth through myPOS's network of resellers, agents, and strategic partners. This is a senior individual contributor role that combines strategic planning with direct execution. You will lead co-marketing programmes, shape partner-facing positioning, and ensure every partner interaction reflects the myPOS brand. You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional teams, influencing across functions and delivering measurable commercial results.
Job Responsibility:
Own the partner marketing strategy across Europe, translating business objectives into partner programmes and go-to-market plans
Design and manage co-marketing initiatives, including events, trade shows, digital campaigns, and PR, with a clear focus on pipeline and return on investment
Lead the marketing onboarding experience for new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the right tools, messaging, and collateral from day one
Build and maintain a scalable library of partner marketing assets, keeping everything current, on-brand, and genuinely useful in the field
Define and enforce brand compliance standards across partner channels, running regular audits and providing guidance where needed
Develop senior partner-facing presentations and strategic sales materials, including business reviews and joint value propositions
Act as the internal voice of the partner, surfacing insights, representing partner interests in cross-functional planning, and contributing to product and campaign decisions
Track, analyse, and report on partner marketing performance, using data to improve programme effectiveness
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align partner activity with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and company priorities
Requirements:
5 or more years in B2B or channel marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, or SaaS
Proven experience owning partner or channel marketing programmes end-to-end
Strong commercial judgement - you think in terms of pipeline, not impressions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience working across multiple markets with cross-functional, international teams
A track record of influencing stakeholders without direct authority
Comfortable setting your own priorities and operating independently in a fast-moving environment
